The lodges
The lodges have been designed and constructed to the highest of residential standards. They have been built and furnished in order to exceed the exceptional quality demanded by the 5 Star Standard under the Visit Britain, Quality Assurance Scheme. 5 Stars was awarded to Rosehill for all of our lodges on 17th January 2008 . In addition, our extensive commitment to green sustainable practices has resulted in Rosehill being awarded Gold under the Green Tourism Business Scheme. This is a very rigorous assessment carried out by an independant organisation approved by Visit Britain.
We are also proud to announce that we have been assessed by Visit Britain and have achieved Level 1 Mobility for accessibility. Please see all the details on our "access statement" on this web site.
We believe that our attention to detail will ensure that you will experience the ultimate self catering holiday in Cornwall. Fully equiped to the highest of standards each lodge has a LCD widescreen television, dishwasher and a washer/dryer along with every other convienience you would expect from a top quality holiday lodge in Cornwall. King size beds, your own personal Hot Tub, grass roofs, log burners and glass covered decking complete the package.

Hot Tub Spa
After a busy day on the beach or exploring Cornwall why not completely relax in your own personal hot tub.
Outside heated wet suit wash, drench shower and beach store
Each lodge has its own heated wet suit wash and drench shower, making it easy to wash off the sand and salt from your wet suits, swimwear and beach equipment. Not to mention your hair and toes. Kids absolutely love the outside shower, masses of hot water.
Beach equipment and wet suits can all be stored away in your own external lockable store.
Please note that St Piran's Lodge does not have a external lockable store and its outside drench shower is not heated.
Great and safe for families
Access to all areas in the lodge is on the level. There are no difficult stairs to worry about with small toddlers. From the lounge, access to the main decking area and hot tub is again, on the level. The decking area can be easily blocked off in order to prevent the inquisitive toddler wandering off. Rosehill is a small exclusive site and is not open to the general public. Access with vehicles is via a coded security barrier.
Family fun and close to the beach
Each lodge has its own buckets, spades and fishing nets for the beach as well as badminton equipment and softball tennis. Rosehill has two badminton nets on grass. See Robson Green swimming in the tidal pool on Porthtowan beach in ITV's 'Wild Swimming'.
Barbecue
A barbecue is provided for each lodge for eating “al-fresco” on those lazy evenings.
