Guest reviews

"5 star plus... Peace and tranquility... It would be difficult to suggest improving what I consider perfection".

"The lodge was amazingly well equipped, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and situated in a most tranquil position. It was just what we needed, with bells on! Thank you so much. We had a lovely time with you. We will be back".

We had a 2 week stay in Wheal Clarence in June and it was superb. We were lucky enough to catch the June heatwave and enjoyed the Costa temperatures on the stunning Porthtowan beach whilst our luxury lodge complete with grass roof stayed cool. This place is stunning and amazing built into the natural hillside not visible from the outside we had never stayed anywhere like it. The wildlife is unbelievable and our 3 year old Grandson was entranced by the squirrel that walked along the fencing outside the living room window, we bought some nuts from the local Tesco and he left some out on the fence pole at night and was thrilled to bits every morning when they had all been eaten up!The lodges are spotlessly clean and have everything you need for your stay. Complimentary eco cleaning products and washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The hot tub is great and is all fresh and clean on arrival. The staff are lovely and give a quick helpful walk round on arrival so you know how everything works and where everything is. Only 10 lodges on site all filled with nice like minded people who enjoy & respect the peace & tranquility. Would have no hesitation in recommending Rosehill Lodges and we will be returning. The stunning Porthtowan Beach is 10 mins walk away with a coffee shop & bar totally unspoilt. A fabulous place and a lovely relaxing holiday. 5 star and utterly superb & stunning.

"Very pleasantly surprised by the high standard of everything. Lovely to have all the cleaning materials provided also the soaps, shampoo etc-a real bonus as they are all such good quality". (re-booked on check-out!).
