Christmas Shopping in Truro

Truro is pretty at this time of year and have wonderful lights on display. The City of Truro is just a short drive away or you can use the Park and Ride service. Great service at £2 per person. The park and ride is at Threemilestone and the buses run regularly.

Mousehole LightsMousehole christmas lights

Mousehole is one of Cornwall’s prettiest harbours. At Christmas it is very special indeed! The whole of the village is decorated with lights, in the harbour, and old fashioned lanterns light the way for visitors.

The Village of Mousehole is well worth a visit – many of the little cottages join in with window decorations. There is a strong feeling of the festive season. Grab a fish and chip supper or a drink in one of the cosy pubs, as you take in the atmosphere and browse the little shops which are all open for business.

There is a Park and Ride from Penzance Harbour car park as the roads are small. Parking is limited and the less cars the better for those on foot.

There is much more to explore….just ask the Team at Rosehill Lodges if you have specific interests and they will be glad to offer suggestions
