Our Story

With just ten lodges, Rosehill is a small exclusive holiday location set within a stunning wooded valley in the seaside village of Porthtowan on the North Cornish coastline.

With quality through and through, the lodges have been designed and built to the highest possible standard. This has resulted in the very highest award for exceptional quality and service being given to Rosehill by Visit Britain’s National Quality Assurance Scheme. For the past ten years Rosehill has been awarded Five Stars as well as the coveted Gold award putting us at the very top for quality, standards and service.

The lodges have been designed and built with an unrivaled attention to detail. Whether you prefer to relax in your personal hot tub spa, watch the widescreen LCD television or observe the wildlife while dining al-fresco on the glass covered decking, we are sure you will have a fantastic holiday at Rosehill.

Kind to our Environment

Our attention to detail also concentrates on environmental standards of which we are particularly proud. Rosehill is a unique environment and we are sure that our visitors will appreciate our environment as much as we do. Our committment to sustainable practises has been recognised every year for the past ten years by being awarded Gold under the Green Tourism Business Scheme, the UK’s only tangible award that focuses on sustainability.

In addition, in 2009, Rosehill won the Gold award for sustainability at the Cornwall Tourism Awards. Each lodge is built to the highest environmental standards with sustainable materials throughout. Energy efficiency is built in with masses of insulation which ensures they are really cosy even in the winter months.

We believe Rosehill Lodges is a truly unique setting for your holiday and we look forward to giving you a very warm welcome.
