Payment Terms and Methods
Important – for new bookings
In view of the current situation concerning the COVID 19 Pandemic. To re-assure our guests we have added some special conditions to our normal terms and conditions as follows:
- Balance payment window for balance payments is reduced from 60 days down to 14 days for all bookings taken between April 2020 and September 2020 for holidays taken in 2020.
- Our deposits remain at a very low 10% or £150.
- In the event of a cancellation for a holiday in 2020 due to Coronavirus a full credit of deposit or balance money paid will be credited against a postponed or future holiday to be taken at Rosehill before the end of 2021.

Note: Just introduced – one of the lowest deposit payments available when you book a holiday at Rosehill. Set at just 10% or £150 (whichever is greater).
Also, if you wish to pay for your holiday by installments – no problem – please talk with John, Somoe or Graham and we will be happy to advise.
We have both two and three bedroomed Five Star Gold Award Lodges available to book over the full 12 months and all payment terms and methods are described on this page.
We offer week and fortnight holidays or short breaks and these can be for weekends and mid weeks. We are also open at Christmas and the New Year.

Reservations, Payment Terms & Methods
To make a reservation choose your lodge and complete our on line booking form starting here. You can click on the “book now” button which you can see on each page. Should you wish to make your booking over the phone, no problem, give us a call on 01 209 891920 and we will be very happy to help.
Deposit payments are only 10% of the value of your holiday or £150 (whichever is greater). This level of deposit is extremely low compared with other self catering holiday destinations. Full payment for your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. All payments can be made by using major credit and debit cards over the phone, on line via our Sage Pay portal or by BACS transfer.
On arrival we will ask for a £200 refundable ‘Pre Authorised’ deposit on your credit/debit card. This payment is not deducted, purely a lodge deposit.
